An Eternity of Progressing

“Yeh toh aapki hi dukaan hai” who hasn’t heard this saying in India? 

But why are we writing this in a blog of a real estate company? You’ll find out. 

Rewinding back to November 2023, Chirag Agarwal (of MK Group, one of the developers of BDS Eternia) was adamant to have Primsy do the advertising for their new project. Our first order of business? The logo. Now, the project was named BDS Eternia. In conversation with Mr. Chirag, we found out, this home is just perfect for anyone under this pricing bracket. It has got all the amenities, a prime location and lots more.  It has got infinite possibilities. 

What should we use for the logo, that’s the big question that triggered a series of brainstorming—

Eternia…Eternal…INFINITE! What could be a better logo idea than the infinity sign? Now that the logo was out of the picture, the next order of business— the tagline.  We had perfect and infinite in the bag but it still lacked that human emotion. It lacked a sense of belongingness.

With some more brainstorming we thought—

Even while doing something as simple as shopping, you must’ve heard “Arre bhaiya yeh toh aap hi ki dukaan hai. It’s yours” or perhaps you’ve heard “Apna hi ghar samjho” when visiting someone. 

We wanted that same wholesomeness for BDS and Boom! You’ve got yourself a tagline— Perfect. Infinite. Yours. 

Now, came the brochures. Looking at the branding aspect, we ensured the brochure is made using the same colours as the brand’s identity. We paid such keen attention to it, that by chance, if a paper from BDS Eternia falls off, people will still know it belongs to BDS Eternia. We followed a theme of opposites like “Work & Play”, “Built & Open” and more so that we could highlight that you get the best of both worlds!

Not a single action, a single content for BDS randomised. Everything from logo to brochure to even postings follow a set of branding rules with a keen attention to detail. Everything has been looked after by Primsy, just like it’s ours.
